Alcohols, harmful, dangerous, or illegal products will not be allowed for listing once identified by Owner and Operator. Owner and Operator will make efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on the Platform but cannot guarantee the reliability, authenticity, or legality of all listings. Buyers should exercise due diligence and carefully evaluate the products or services before making any purchases. The payment gateway provided by Oman Arab Bank on this platform allows merchants to process online payments directly to their bank accounts. We facilitate the transmission of payment information and facilitate payment transactions. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or transactions processed through the payment gateway.
The Merchant shall be responsible for the management and maintenance of all listed goods and services on the platform, including but not limited to: 2.1 Ensuring that all goods and services listed on the platform are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 2.2 Updating the platform with new goods and services as they become available, and removing any discontinued or unavailable goods and services. 2.3 Ensuring that all goods and services listed on the platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection, intellectual property, and data protection laws. 2.4 Resolving any customer complaints or issues related to the listed goods and services in a timely and professional manner. 2.5 Ensuring that all content posted on the platform, including images, descriptions, and pricing information, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 2.6 Providing accurate and up-to-date bank account information. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the bank account information provided. We shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete bank account information. You agree not to use the payment gateway for any illegal or fraudulent activities. You are solely responsible for any actions, transactions, or liabilities arising from the use of the payment gateway.

Payment gateway on this platform integrates with Oman Arab Bank, a third-party financial institution to allows merchants to process online payments to their bank accounts. While The Bank employs industry-standard security measures to protect the payment information, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of payment information or any errors, delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in processing transactions.We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the payment gateway services, fees, terms, or security practices of any third-party Payment gateway providers. You acknowledge and agree that any transactions or interactions with third-party Payment gateway services are solely between you and the respective third-party Payment gateway provider.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by us such as financial institutions or payment processors. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using or relying on any content, products, or services provided by third parties.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with this E-commerce platform are the property of their respective owners. Merchants agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any copyrighted material or trademarks without obtaining the necessary permissions from the rightful owners.Owner and Operator retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform Services, including without limitation all intellectual property rights. Merchants further agrees not to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform Services or any portion thereof.
We strive to provide a secure and reliable E-commerce platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that this platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.Owner and Operator is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions conducted through the Platform. All buyers should resolve any disputes directly with the Merchant involved. We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership of the listed items. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the products or services listed on this platform.
The platform and any related services provided by the Owner and Provider are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, and the Owner and Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the platform or services, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. The Merchant acknowledges that their use of the platform and services is at their own risk, and the Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from their use or inability to use the platform or services.
